The service
CudaFlow, run by Nubri GmbH, Berlin ("we"), lets your organization register its own GPU machines with the CudaFlow agent, submit jobs to them and watch their health and usage. Jobs run on your machines, not ours.
Price
CudaFlow is currently free. Before we introduce paid plans we will tell you and publish their terms; nothing is charged without your agreement.
Your responsibility
You may only register machines you are allowed to control and run jobs you are allowed to run. You are responsible for your machines, your jobs and their data, and for keeping enrollment tokens secret. Benchmarks on our site describe our measurements; your results can differ.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt the service, reach other organizations' nodes or data, or get around its limits.
Availability and changes
We work to keep CudaFlow available but cannot promise it without interruption. We will tell you about changes to these terms by email at least 30 days before they apply.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract.
Ending the contract
You can stop at any time; to have your account deleted, email info@nubri.co. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Law
German law applies; if you are a consumer, the protective rules of the country where you live still apply. For merchants, the courts of Berlin have jurisdiction.
